All items purchased via this website are offered with a 12 month warranty. This may be on a repair or replacement basis at the discretion of our supplier. Warranty claims must be prior approved by Shot Media after which details for the return of the item will be provided. As purchaser you accept that the cost of postage for any return is your responsibility and you will post the item via tracked postage to a destination specified by us.
Returns for unwanted items - should you change your mind over your purchase then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your paid purchase price prior to a refund being provided.
